Saving and using your survey answers

This survey helps OnePath Network and Fullsuite understand what would make OnePath’s website more useful. Participation is voluntary and every question can be skipped.

Saving your progress

When you select Start, we create an unfinished response. We save your answers as you go on this browser and in our survey database, hosted by Neon. A private browser cookie lets you return to the same response without creating an account. The survey application is hosted by Vercel.

You can return on this browser before the survey closes on Friday 2 October at 11:59 pm Sydney time. Clearing browser data, using a different browser or leaving a private browsing session may prevent recovery. The saving message tells you whether your latest changes have reached our database.

Unfinished answers

Answers you provide may be included in our research even if you do not submit the survey. We review unfinished answers separately from completed responses. You can use Discard saved survey to remove your unfinished answers. Unfinished responses expire after 14 days of inactivity. An expired browser copy is removed when you next open this site.

Contact details and completed responses

Interview names, email addresses and permission to contact are not included in saved drafts or browser recovery. They are collected only when you submit, if you are an adult and choose to provide them with permission. You may need to re-enter them when returning later.

Only completed submissions are sent to OnePath’s HubSpot account. Completed responses remain available for this research under the existing privacy notice. Closing the browser does not delete an answer already saved to the database.

Please avoid including identifying or sensitive details in written answers. Saved progress may be accessible to someone else using the same browser profile.
